Super Bulky Earflap Hat (for Jon) Yarn: Malabrigo Chunky Kettle Dyed Pure Merino Wool (Black and Vaa) held together Needles: Size 15 needles Pattern Modifications: Added 6 rows before the decrease to make the hat longer. "Melissa Girl" - meaning a certain type of friendly-cool /retro-funky woman who usually has impeccably plucked eyebrows and a vintage bicycle and/or handbag. As in, "Greta played in the field today with Betty- you know, the spotted dog with the Melissa Girl mom."
